Antonio is the principal Inspector at Ancoe Property Inspections. After graduating with High Honours from the Home Inspector Training Program at Sheridan College, he became a member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors and Completed all requirements necessary to become an RHI(Registered Home Inspector). Some of these requirements involved taking the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing’s Ontario Building Code Courses and taking continuous education classes and more.  Antonio went on to get his Commercial training with CDW Engineering and soon after obtained his Level One Thermography Certification at ITC. With his strong desire to learn more and offer more options to potential clients Antonio went on to take CAHPI’s New Construction Inspector training and now offers 30 day, Year end Warranty and Pre Delivery Inspections for new home owners.

Antonio is committed to excellence and continued growth in the Building Sciences and exercises his strengths of communication and service to his clients. Since launching Ancoe Inspections,  Tony has inspected Condos, Century Homes, 50’s Bungalows, 70’s Multi level Splits,  Tri plexes to 8500 square foot Luxury Dream homes all the way up to Industrial Waste Facilities. Antonio is pro consumer and strives to bring back 1950’s customer service back to the present.
